Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan profil kecerdasan emosi, profil kepuasan kerja, dan profil komitmen organisasi di kalangan dosen-dosen STAI Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok; (2) Melihat besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap komitmen organisasi di kalangan dosen-dosen STAI Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok; (3) Melihat besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi di kalangan dosen-dosen STAI Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok; (4) Melihat besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi di kalangan dosen-dosen STAI Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok.


Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian menerangkan (explanatori research) yang bersifat menerangkan dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis adanya pengaruh dari variabel Kecerdasan emosional dan Kepuasan kerja terhadap Komitmen organisasi. Variabel-variabel yang dipergunakan yaitu : (1) Variabel terikat : Komitmen organisasi(Y); (2) Variabel bebas: Kecerdasan Emosional (X1) dan Kepuasan kerja (X2).


Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, utamanya menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur intensi Kecerdasan emosional, Kepuasan kerja dan Komitmen organisasi dan dengan uji coba kuesioner semua kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Pengolahan data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan jasa komputer. Analisis data melalui komputer dilakukan dengan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Dalam menganalisis data, dipergunakan kerangka analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial.


Rata-rata tingkat kecerdasan emosional, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Komitmen organisasi di kalangan dosen STAI Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok tergolong agak tinggi. Model regresi linier berganda adalah: Y = 50,936 + 0,323X1 + 0,542X2 + ei. Dari persamaan regresi linier berganda didapat bahwa (1) Pengaruh Kecerdasan emosional terhadap Komitmen organisasi = 32,3%; (2) Pengaruh Kepuasan kerja terhadap Komitmen organisasi = 54,2%. Nilai koefisien penduga variabel kecerdasan emosional dan koefisien penduga variabel Budaya Organisasi bernilai positif, ini menandakan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen organisasi STAI Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,502 artinya sebesar 50,2 % variabel Kecerdasan emosional dan Kepuasan kerja mampu mempengaruhi variabel Komitmen organisasi secara signifikan, sedangkan sebesar 49,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model. Model regresi juga memenuhi uji asumsi dasar dan uji penyimpangan klasik secara statistik.


Maka dapat disarankan sebagai berikut: (1). Karena Kepuasan kerja menduduki posisi dominan dalam mempengaruhi Komitmen Organisasi di kalangan dosen, maka Ketua STAI Al-Karimiyah dan Struktural STAI Al-Karimiyah selaku pengambil kebijakan agar lebih meningkatkan dan memperbaharui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kepuasan kerja di kalangan dosen yaitu pengawasan dan supervisi, gaji, promosi, rekan kerja, kondisi kerja dan sistem penilaian prestasi kerja; (2) Untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosionalnya, dosen sebaiknya berlatih secara individual dengan melaksanakan syariat agama Islam dengan baik dan benar, berlatih meningkatkan kecerdasan emosi mengacu pada empat indikator kecerdasan emosional; mengikuti seminar, workshop atau pelatihan internal mengenai kecerdasan emosional.

This study aims to: (1) Seeing how the influence of principal leadership style on the performance of teachers in the mts. Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok; (2) Notice how the impact of organizational culture on the performance of teachers in the MTs. Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok; (3) Notice how the influence of principal leadership styles and organizational culture on the performance of teachers in the mts. Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok. The research method used is the study explained (explanatori research) that are explained and perform hypothesis testing the effect of principal leadership style variables and Cultural Organization on the performance of teachers. Variables used are: (1) Dependent variable: Performance of Teachers (Y), (2) Independent variables: Leadership for Principals (X1) and Cultural Organization (X2).
Data collection techniques used, the main intention of using questionnaires to measure the leadership style of the Principal, Organizational Culture and Performance teacher questionnaire and by testing all otherwise valid and reliable questionnaire. Data processing is performed using computer services. Data analysis was performed by computer using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). In analyzing the data, analytical frameworks used descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis.
Multiple linear regression model is: Y = 10.731 + 0.126X1 + 0.292X2 + ei. Variable coefficient estimators Principal Leadership Style (b1) = 0.126 is positive and the variable coefficient estimators Cultural Organization = 0.292 is also positive, this indicates that the Principal Leadership Style and Organizational Culture positive effect on teacher performance mts. Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok. Viewed from the regression coefficient (β) and t test, the greatest is the variable Cultural Organisation, means the influence of the most powerful individual is variable Organizational Culture. T-calculated value of the variable Principal Leadership Style of 1.329 is not significant at α = 5%, then the null hypothesis is accepted and the alternative hypothesis is rejected. This means the Principal Leadership Style variables individually did not affect significantly variable teacher performance. T-calculated value of the variable Organizational Culture of 2.703 is significant at α = 5%, then the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis accepted. This means that the variable Cultural Organization individually significant variables affecting teacher performance. F-count value amounted to 34.149 independent variables are significant at α = 1% then the null hypothesis is rejected and alternative hypothesis is accepted, which means variables Principal Leadership Style and Organizational Culture jointly affect significantly variable teacher performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.756 means that for 75.6% variable Principal Leadership Style and Organizational Culture Teacher Performance variables can affect significantly, whereas 24.4% influenced by other variables not included in the model. Regression models also meet the test and test the basic assumptions of classical statistical aberration.
Research conclusions: (1) Variable Principal Leadership Style, individually does not significantly influence teacher performance. While variable Organizational Culture individually significant impact on teacher performance in MTs Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok; (2) The independent variable of Principal Leadership Style and Organizational Culture independent variables together significantly influence the performance of teachers at Al-Karimiyah MTs Sawangan Depok ; (3) The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.756 means that for 75.6% variable Principal Leadership Style and Organizational Culture Teacher Performance variables can influence significantly, while the other 24.4% are influenced by variables not included in the model ( 4) Judging from the sign on the regression coefficients, all independent variables marked positive means that all independent variables have a positive impact on the Performance of Teachers in MTs Al-Karimiyah Sawangan Depok; (5) Cultural organizations have a dominant influence over the variables Principal Leadership Style on Performance variable Teacher.
Suggestions of research: (1) Organizational culture occupies a dominant position in influencing the performance of teachers, the headmaster of Al-Karimiyah MTs and Management Foundation, Pesantren Al-Karimiyah as policy makers to pay attention to organizational culture that is conducive to increasing teacher performance, (2) leadership style Principal and Cultural Organization has a positive influence on the performance of teachers, the school principal as policy makers to modify their leadership style and create a conducive organizational culture that can encourage teachers to improve achievement and performance, (3) Need for continued research, a broader scope, and research on other schools as an input to policy makers.

There's a tendency to drift away from problem-solving projects rather than really closing them, especially if the success criteria have to be monitored for a long period of time to prove the problem is really solved. Formal closure will help insure that the problem is really solved and that there are no loose ends.
The first closure step, once your success criteria indicate the problem is solved, is to get official acknowledgment from your sponsor and other key stakeholders. Show them your success criteria measurements and ask for their agreement that it is time to conclude the problem-solving effort. If you've been communicating with them all along and done a good job of setting your success criteria, this will be a formality. Nevertheless, it is important to verify that everyone really agrees you are finished.
Once you have this agreement, it's time to clean up any odds and ends such as completing any remaining action items, assessing the effort (identifying what went well, and what you will do differently next time), and making sure the project documentation is complete and archived appropriately.
